On these dates, Mark and I had the honor of flying Army Airborne Sgt James Voss and his 5 yr old son Riley.

Riley was diagnosed last fall with an extremely aggressive, rare form of pediatric brain cancer known as Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). He is one of the cutest little guys I have ever met and it has been our pleasure to help them get Riley to his appointments at the National Children’s Medical Center. Please visit his page at https://rileyscancersupport.com/#intro. Please keep Riley and his family in your prayers. His father’s words are worth sharing:

“Military training prepares; paratroopers, soldiers, marines, airmen and all naval personnel for anything an enemy of the United States can throw at our way of life. Nothing has prepared me for what my son is battling.”

— Riley’s Father, James Matthew Voss
